/FRE/BIF_SUI_HIER_FOR_USER_GET - Get merchandise category hierarchy nodes assigned to a user

Functionality

This function is used in the detail view of Responsibility Management (front-end) when the responsibility type is by merchandise category hierarchy.

It reads all hierarchy nodes assigned to a user/store (identified by the tree layout key) and builds the corresponding tree.
