/FRE/DB_INTKEY_BY_EXTKEY_GET - Conversion form external to internal representation

Functionality
The system reads the corresponding internal display (LOCID or MATID) from an external display of location (LOCNO) or product (MATNR)and returns it.
If the system cannot find any entries in the corresponding tables when it is reading particular LOCNOs or MATNRs, you can return these input values using the export table 'ET_NOT_EXIST'.
