Functionality

This function module creates time allocations for resources.

Importing parameters

  1. IT_TIMESPECS_CRE - This parameter holds the details for the creation of time allocations. You need to specify the Resource GUID, the timestamps and the time allocation type.
  2. IV_TCODE - This parameter holds the transaction code (optional ). By default it holds the current transaction code.
  3. IV_RETURN_ALERTS - Alert return flag

Exporting parameters

  1. EV_FAILED - This parameter is set if the function module fails to create all the time allocations for the input data in the importing table.
  2. ET_MESSAGES - This parameter holds all the success, error and information messages during the execution of the function module.
  3. ET_TIMESPECS - This parameter holds the details of the timespecs created.
  4. ET_ALERTS & ET_ALERTS_DEL - These two parameters return the alerts if the imported alert return parameter is set.

Further information

NOTE: After calling this function module, /MRSS/SGE_API_COMMIT should be called to save the changes.

If the EV_FAILED parameter is not set, you can call the above function module to save the changes made. The input data for which the time allocations were not created will be available in the ET_MESSAGES parameter.
