/MRSS/SQP_EMP_PROF_UPD_API - To update employee profile data from legacy

Functionality

This function module is used to update employee profile details of those which are uploaded from legacy system.

Each profile data record from legacy system should contain either

Personal number or

SAP user name or

Profile guid.

If it is SAPuser name, then the mapping between SAP user name and HR 105 Infotype should be in place.

ForPersonalnumber, mapping is not checked; but only personal number existence check is done.

If Profile guid is notsupplied, it is retrieved by the API using SAP user name or Personal Number.

Header details as well as Structured and Unstructured qualifications are to be passed for each employee.

Header Structure:

Profile Status ('CREA' for created, 'APAC' for Approval Process Active,'REJE' for rejected, 'ACTV for Active, 'CHNG' for changed)

Profile Description

For each profile, list of structured data and unstructured data can be passed .

Structured data structure:

Active Flag ('A' for active, 'I' for inactive,'D' for deleted,space for new)

Primary Dimension of qualification

Secondary Dimension of qualification

Skill Level

Valid from

Valid to

Unstructured data structure :
