/NAM/CCARD_OVER_PHONE_PAYMENT - Fast Entry Screen - Credit Card over phone payment

Functionality

This Function Module works with the CIC screen when the Credit Card payment is made over the phone.

On SAVE, the Credit Card payment data is saved into table /nam/pay_cc, which is then used by the posting program.
