/PM0/ABP_RELEASE_APPL_BG - Release Application in Background

Functionality

This function module is a wrapper for the following service RFM to release an application. It cannot be called outside of the system.

• Execute Policy Issuance of Insurance (/PM0/ABT_SVC_ISS_EXECUTE)

• Release Change Request (/PM0/ABT_SVC_CHGREQ_EXECUTE)

In the event of a system dump or error, an appropriate item is added to the outbound queue. If an error occurs, an express e-mail and workflow item are also created. When the error is fixed, the application can be released. A different queue is used to release the application.

The system administrator can execute the items relating to errors or dumps in the outbound queue. When the cause of the system dump or error is rectified and the application is successfully released, the item is removed from the queue.
