Functionality
Based on the policy/contract number or selection options for the insured person, this service returns brief information about the possible policy numbers.
The following criteria can be evaluated as selection options:
- Effective policy number (POLICYNR_TT)
- Effective contract number (APPLNR_TT)
- Maximum number of results (PAGNO_ID)
The following criteria can be evaluated as selection options for the insured person:
- ID of the insured person (PARTNER)
- Date of birth (BIRTHDT)
- First name (MC_NAME2)
- Last name (MC_NAME1)
- House number (HOUSE_NUM1)
- City (MC_CITY1)
- Zip code (POST_CODE1)
- Role key (RLTYP); the possible values for the role key can be taken from Customizing under: Policy Management → In-Force Business Management → Basis → Participant Roles → Define Role Key.
- Street (MC_STREET)
A table is returned that provides additional information about each policy. This includes the sales product name, the policy start date, and the corresponding policyholder. For more information about the meaning of the individual parameter fields, see the documentation for the corresponding data element in the ABAP Dictionary.
Both contract versions with policy issue (exporting table ET_ENTRIES_POL) and application versions without policy issue (exporting table ET_ENTRIES_APL) are returned.
