Functionality

Based on the policy/contract number or selection options for a defined effective date, this service returns the contract data for a policy.

The following criteria can be evaluated as selection options:

  • Effective policy number (POLICYNR_TT)
  • Date of loss (LOSSDATE)
  • Line of business (LOB_CD)
  • Also select application versions (APPLICATION_FG)

A table is returned that provides additional information about each policy.

The following values are returned:

  • Policy number (POLICYNR_TT)
  • Contract number (POLPR_NR)
  • Name of sales product (PRODUCTNAME)
  • Contract start date (POLPRDBEG)
  • Contract end date (POLPRDEND)
  • Date of next main due date (MAINMATUR_DT)
  • Date of next due date (DUEDATE)
  • If the contract is active or inactive. Active contracts are marked with an “X” (BOOLEAN) (POLPRACTIVE_FG).

Both contract versions with policy issue and application versions without policy issue are returned.
