/PM0/ABT_SVC_CHGREQ_CANC - Refuse Change Request

Functionality

You can use this function module to refuse a Change Request for Insurance Policies.

The Application Number and Refusal Reason fields are mandatory. The function module checks the status and refuses the application. If the refusal was successful, the system shows the application status "Refused".

If the refusal was successful, the system returns the following data:

• Number of the refused application (parameter EV_APPLICATION_NUMBER)

• Number of the refused policy (parameter EV_POLICYNR)

• List of error and status messages (parameter ET_MESSAGE)

This function module uses the same logic as background processing. The function module also executes the customer-specific adjustments on this refusal run. No other enhancement options are provided with this function module.
