/PM0/ABT_SVC_IO_CHANGE - Change Insurable Object

You can use this function module to create an insurable object. The insurable object is updated with the specified information. You can also leave the IF_SAVE parameter empty so that the function module simulates your changes without saving.

You can change the object type of an insurable object if the new object type is assigned to the current object category. It is not possible to change the object category.

You can change the following category of insurable objects:

• Home contents

• Building

• Livestock

• Auto

• Declaration

• Inventories

• Plant and equipment

You can also change an existing insurable object based on the object categories and object types defined in the Object Wizard.

You can change the assignments for the insurable object with the object category “Declaration” without changing the declaration. You can add, change, or delete assignments to the declaration. The declaration and its assignments have different address IDs, which means that you can assign different addresses and address usages to the assignments to the declaration or you can also use the address of the declaration for address-relevant assignments.

This function module returns messages after execution.
