/PM0/ABT_SVC_POLPR_CRT - Create Contract

Functionality

You use this function module to execute the Create and Process Contract business transaction.

You can create or change the contract on the chosen effective date.

Select one of the following checkboxes:

• If you select the Simulation checkbox, the system simulates the change on the contract version that is valid on the effective date.

• If you select the Release checkbox, the system executes the change and releases the change.

• If you select the Save checkbox, the system saves the current processing version of the application.
  

Distribution Plans

When you create distribution plans for coinsurance in the application of a new contract or its coverages, you enter the data for the distribution plans in the structures of coinsurance, or you use a template ID. When you use a template ID, the system copies all of the data of the distribution plan defined in the template to the corresponding structures. You must specify a unique distribution plan GUID for each distribution plan.

Enhancements

BAdI: Create and Process Contract (Extension In/Out) (/PM0/ABT_SVC_POLPR_CRT_BADI). BAdI: Create and Process Contract (Extension In/Out).

To process further data from the calling system for the Auto line of business, use the Business Add-In (BAdI) BAdI: Create and Process Contract (Auto LoB/Mapping) (/MVA/AMT_SVC_POLPR_CRT_BADI).

You can use this BAdI to execute your own mapping.
