The /SALM/GETISSUES_STATUS_SCEN provides issues related information.

In case the Scenario is set, all issues related to a scenario and a PPM project and it's Subprojects are selected

In case only PPM Project is set, all Issue related data assigned to the PPM project and it's Subprojects are selected

The FB can only be called as far as /SALM/GETPROJECTS_OVERVIEW is executed beforehand
