Functionality

Creation and changing of schedule lines, delivery schedules and confirmations for purchasing scheduling agreements.

You also enter the quantity, the date and, if necessary, the schedule line number for each schedule line. Creates a number of schedule lines. If a header order does not yet exist, the system creates it. If you choose the Replace = True indicator, the system deletes all existing schedule lines and replaces them with new ones.

There are the following scenarios:

• Creation of schedule lines:
  If the scheduling agreement does not yet exist as an order in the liveCache table /sapapo/ordkey, the system creates it.
  New schedule lines are added

• Changing of schedule lines:
  Existing schedule lines are deleted and replaced with new ones.
  The following parameter is also relevant for this: IV_REPLACE = gc_true

• Changing of schedule lines:
  Existing schedule lines are kept and new ones are added to them.
  The following parameter is relevant for this: IV_REPLACE = gc_false

If a source location is available in the source of supply, the system creates the schedule line both in the receiving plant and in the source. Note that, in this case, the material must be created in the source location and that it is also in the respective model. A source can be a supplier or a plant.
