Functionality

Compares and calculates the actual stock level in LC with a target stock level supplied by the application (for examople safety stock level).

Additionally, the function must also be able to make a distinction between actual stock and useable stock. These two stock levels can differ if shelf life, max arc length, and so on are taken into account.
