Functionality

This function gets all time series that reference the pattern chain iv_ch_id and returns them in et_ts. This only includes those time series that reference the storage buckets profile iv_tg_id. The storage buckets profile creates the reference to a planning area.

If iv_ch_id is initial, all time series in the planning area are returned that do not refer to a pattern chain.
