Functionality

The system uses this event to enhance the output of the Document Journal Report (RFKKBELJ00) for Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable in accordance with the business requirements in Greece. The system enhances the report output as follows:

  • Splits the output document into 65-line pages
  • Inserts additional information in the page header as follows:
  • Report title

  • Page number

  • Period in review (from date, to date)

  • Address data of the issuing company (name, profession, tax number)

  • Local currency key

  • The date and time of list creation

  • The name of the user who created the list

  • The name of the report

  • Adds the modified page header to the first page of the output and to all the pages that list line items.
    Note: Headers of pages that contain information other than the list items retain their original format.
  • Includes the following information in the report output if you select the consecutive numbering option:
  • Starting totals (closing totals of the previous productive run)

  • Includes the following information for each line item:
  • Official document number (ODN)

  • Description of the document type

  • The local currency amounts for debit and credit items in separate columns

  • The name of the business partner in the business partner items section

  • The reconciliation account in the business partner items section

  • The transaction name (for the combination of main and sub transaction keys) in the business partner items section

  • Description of the general ledger account in the general ledger items section
