Functionality

You use this function module during the posting process to decide whether a given credit document is relevant for the non-delivered credit memo process. If so, the function module stores the document in the table for tracking the statuses of non-delivered credit memos.

Event 0067 is called in the following three modes:

  • I_MODE = C(heck)
In this mode, the function module checks whether both of the following conditions are met:
  • the document is a tax relevant credit memo

  • the business partner is a tax payer

If so, the table for exchanging tax codes in the G/L items is filled and returned to FI-CA posting. The credit memo is posted with a temporary tax code.
  • I_MODE = P(ost)
In this mode, the credit memo number is stored in the table for tracking the statuses of non-delievered credit memos.
  • I_MODE = R(everse)
In this mode, no action is carried out. The non-delivered credit memo process uses event 0020 for this purpose.
