/SAPCE/IURU_SHARESINIT - Prepare Shares of Consumption for Use

Functionality

Prepare function group for displaying shares of consumption. Get data from localization table /SAPCE/IURU_SHAR or from standard EANLH. Generate time slices for ALV tree and internal tables with all relevant values. Check if installation is part of any group (as primary or secondary installation). From localization table delete lines, which have no correspondence to standard table (this mean, that installation group have been changed).
