Functionality

EHS-DG: Matchup of dangerous goods master records with route stages to be checked

Description

Determination of dangerous goods master records relevant for the specified route stages. When determining dangerous goods data, the product, regulation, key date, mode of transport, validity areas, and so on are taken into account.

If dangerous goods master records exist at different hierarchy levels for a regulation (for example, master record at region level, master record for collective mode of transport), the selection of the relevant dangerous goods master data is done by processing the following hierarchy levels:

Level 1 -Country, region, mode of transport

Level 2 -Country, region, collective mode of transport

Level 3 -Country, mode of transport

Level 4 -Country, collective mode of transport

Level 5 -REG_WORLD, mode of transport

Level 6 -REG_WORLD, collective mode of transport

As soon as a dangerous goods master record is found in one of the hierarchies, the dangerous goods master record counts as having been determined.

The other interface parameters of the function module have the following meaning:

  • Import parameters:
  • I_REQ_STAGE_TAB - Route stages to be checked with reference to the documents

  • Export parameters:
  • E_RETURN_TAB - Check framework messages in BAPIRET2 format

  • E_REQHRES_TAB - Check result at request header (document header) level

  • E_REQIRES_TAB - Check result at request item (document item) level

  • E_IREQSEQ_TAB - List of route stages to be checked with reference to the affected request items, route stages, and dangerous goods master records determined

  • Changing parameters:
  • X_DGMASTER_TAB - Dangerous goods master records determined

  • X_REQ_HEAD_TAB - Request header (document headers) -> can be manipulated by the read module

  • X_REQ_ITEM_TAB - Request items (document items) -> can be manipulated by the read module
