Functionality

This RFC-enabled function module updates supplier qualification response data on the sell side, using the importing structure IS_PARAMETERS. The RFC call is governed by t-bgrfc.

An authorization check regarding function module /SRMSMC/SQR_REOPEN ensures secure processing on technical level.

ROOT action REOPEN_FOR_COLLABORATION on controller object CO_SQR_IN is triggered in order to change supplier qualification response data on the sell side. If an error occurs, an E-type or A-type message is raised and can be monitored using transaction SBGRFCMON.

If data is transferred successfully, the lifecycle status of the supplier qualification response is set to 'Reopened'.
