Functionality

This RFC-enabled function module updates supplier qualification response data on the buy side, using the importing structure IS_PARAMETERS. The RFC call is governed by t-bgrfc.

An authorization check regarding function module /SRMSMC/SQR_UPDATE ensures secure processing on technical level.

ROOT action CWR_FROM_SQR_TO_SQR on controller object CO_SQR_IN is triggered in order to update supplier qualification response data on the buy side. If an error occurs, an E-type or A-type message is raised and can be monitored using transaction SBGRFCMON.

If the data is transferred successfully, the lifecycle status of the supplier qualification response is set to 'In Process' and 'Submitted', and the approval status is set to 'In Approval'.
