Functionality

This function outputs substance characteristic values for the set of substances transferred by I_SUBSTANCE_TAB.

The function is integrated with the substance info system as an output function.

You set the substance characteristic categories you want to display using environment parameter FLG_ENV_VALCAT_ONLY:

  • If this value is TRUE only those characteristic categories specified in environment parameters VALCAT01 to VALCAT99 are displayed.
  • If this value is FALSE (or blank or not defined) only those substance characteristic categories are displayed for which a search was started using 'Search via properties'.
If you do not run such a search (that is the set of properties is empty), the function uses the characteristic categories specified in the environment parameters VALCAT01 to VALCAT99.

Notes

Do not change the name of the interface or the interface itself.

You define the identification display that is used to enter the identifiers used for the search using environment parameter IDENT_LIST. If this environmen parameter is not set, the system uses the default listing (D_DEFAULT).

You maintain the environment parameters in Customizing. Choose Substance Data -> General Basic Settings -> Maintain administration of user-defined enhanncements.
