/VIRSA/CREATE_USER_CUA - Create a User in CUA

Functionality

when the flag id is 'CS' - A new user with name USERNAME and specified attributes will be created in the CUA Central and sub systems. The initial password and last name in the address must be transferred. when you create a user with this flag, the central system will be assigned to the user by default. You can provide the details of other sub systems in SUBSYSTEMS to be assigned to the user.

when the flag id is 'DS' - An already existing user will be assigned to additional sub systems. The details of the sub systems will be provided in SUBSYSTEMS.
