Functionality

You can use this function to add favorites to learner

's favorites list and to get all favorite list for the learner. You can add the material number passed as input into the favorite list. If material is passed as input, it returns a table containing a material list, which is in favorite list. If the same RFC is called with the Flag set as X, it returns all the materials in the favorite list.
