Functionality

This RFC is used to assign a learning manager (LM) to a learner.

It takes the following input parameters:

• IT_LEARNER_COMPANY: table with information including the effective date from when the LM is assigned to the learner.

• IV_OE(optional): used to get all the messages when the RFC is used by an operations employee (OE).
