Functionality

You use this functionality to book a course using an access code. The user needs to provide either group access code or sub-access code to check whether the codes are valid, and to check if the user is authorized to book the course.

If yes, the user books the course using the access code and related product type ID.

The learner name and used license count are updated in the access code table.
