/XLSO/CHANGE_USERS_ROLE - Change Roles of User

Functionality

This RFC is used to change role of a user.

It takes the following input parameters:

• IT_LEARNER_ROLES: contains learner customer ID, role assignment partner function, and date.

• IV_OE: used when the RFC is used by an operations employee.

It returns ET_MESSAGES containing all messages.
