Functionality

This RFC would be consumed in the learning portal. Based on the flags checked in the importing parameters, this function module provides required details to the UI such as availability status, number of seats available, capacity, and description of course type and courses. There are separate importing parameter structures for course type and course information flags. A changing parameter table is passed with the list of courses for course level information.
