/XLSO/GET_LEARNERS_LM_CA_AUTH - Get All Learners for LM/CA Authorization

Functionality

This function module (FM) is used to get the list of learners assigned to a given learning manager (LM) or a company administrator (CA).

When the LM or CA logs into the system, the default company assignment of the LM or CA is considered.

This FM returns a search list based on the learner first name, learner last name, and learner ID.
