/XLSO/GET_NEW_COURSE_DETAIL - Get Details of New Course Requests by Learners

Functionality

You use this function to view the details of the new course requests made by learners.

Features

To access this function, on the SAP Easy Access screen in the SAP Menu, choose SAP Menu --> Human Resources --> SAP Learning Solution, option for the extended learning community --> Reports --> Learner Lifecycle Management --> Display New Course Requests by Learners

1. On the Overview of Courses screen, you enter the relevant details.
2. Choose Execute.
   The system displays a list of course requests.
3. You can view the details of the relevant course requests and change the status of the request in the Response column to either of the following:

• New

• In progress

• Implemented

1. Choose the Change pushbutton.
2. When you set the status to Implemented, you can assign a course number to that course request.
   The system sends an email notification to the learner with a link to the course, stating that the course request has been implemented.
3. Choose Local File to export the report to a spreadsheet.
