Functionality

This function module is used to update the course follow-ups by the instructor. This function module is called from the instructor portal after the instructor selects the list of participants for follow-ups.

The possible follow-up options are as follows:

  • CP - Confirm Participant, that is, Attendance = X (Present) / - (Absent) / ' ' (Unconfirmed)
  • EP - Evaluate Participant, that is, Assessment = X (Course Passed) / - (Course failed) / ' '(Not Rated)
  • TQ - Transfer Qualification
  • FC - Follow-up Complete
