Functionality

You use this remote function call (RFC) used to replace a learner already booked on a course with a new learner.

Features

There are two scenarios for replacing learners.

• Replacing a Single Booking
  Just one learner can be replaced by a new learner. When the old learner ID is passed to this RFC, it treats it as replacing a single booking.
  If the new learner is already available for the given course or the new learner ID and the old learner ID are the same, the system will not allow you to replace the learner.

• Replacing an N.N. Booking
  Multiple learners can be replaced at a time. When you replace an N.N. booking, the old learner ID should not be passed to this RFC.
  If the learners are already available for the course, the system will not allow you to replace the learners.

Once learners are replaced, e-mails are triggered to the old learners and new learners.
