Functionality

This remote function call (RFC) handles all the approval decisions for the workflow. This is called from learning manager (LM) or company administrator (CA) user interface to complete the work flow decisions.

This RFC is called for the following situations:

• Booking Approvals

LM or CA will either select multiple sales orders and approve it or select multiple items for a particular sales order and approve it.

• Cancellation Approvals

LM or CA will select courses and send it for cancellation with the status approved or rejected.

• User Registration

This triggers a workflow for a company assignment request.
