RJVNCSPERR - IS-PSD: Lock Work Area for Lock on Netchange Records (Split)

Use

This work area is the primary table of a dummy lock object for netchange records. Netchange records are generated primarily in regenerative planning and in netchange (these netchange records are distinguished by different planning types). However, the netchange records must be locked if trigger records are split in the planning trigger and netchange records are created in the order. These locks are based on lock objects with this primary table.
