T5D3N - Valuation of Pay Scales for Statistics

Use

Remuneration statistics divide the employee subgroups into survey
groups (technical employee, worker in primary wage,....).
The employees are further differentiated between in these survey groups.
For example, in the earnings survey, the survey group technical
employees is split into 5 different benefit groups (general:
remuneration groups).
You can store possible divisions by remuneration statistics in table
T5D3N.

Structure of table T5D3N:

You can store all possible remuneration groups for each remuneration
statistic in table T5D3N. These remuneration groups have already been
maintained for statistics supported in the standard system

Remuneration statistics are arranged in the same way as in table T543A.
They are defined by country-modifier specifications, by a subtype of
infotype 0033, and by the statistics indicator.

The following is an example of the earnings survey:

The earnings survey is defined in table T543A by the country grouping
'01', the infosubtype '1' and the statistic indicator '02'.
All possible remuneration groups must be stored for these
statistics. For the earnings survey, the benefit groups are 1 to 5.
