Use
The table is used to administer the file numbers when transferring DEUEV notifications. The key fields of the table are (sender) Personnel area/subarea, fund type and recipient fund.
The file number that was used last is always stored in the table.
Maintenance
You only have to maintain the table directly in the following cases:
- When the first notification file created should not have file number '1'. This is the case when the HR DEUEV is started after notification files have already been transferred between the positions entered.
- When the notification file must be recreated. In this case, the file number must be reduced to 1.
