Use

This table contains the form variants used for a statement type and also information on the page control within a form.

Maintenance

The variants are maintained in view V_5DWN_A.
The page control information is maintained in view V_5DWN_B.
Normally, one form should be assigned to each statement type. However, by using variants, you can assign several forms to a statement type to be used for different purposes. The variant must be specified on the selection report of the print report.
Page control covers the following:

• Definition of whether and how often a logical page of a form variant is to be created.
  The division into logical pages corresponds to division of the document that is sent to the pension recipient. For example, a logical page can be the letter summarizing the pension information irrespective of the origin of the benefit, or a logical page can be the appendix showing only the pensions from a particular pension institute. The pension institute type (for example, the pension or benefits fund) is used as the criterion for the selection of logical pages.
  

• Specification of the logo, footer, and sender address for the logical form page. The individual pension institute is used as the criterion.
