T5F64 - Coding Table Interface
CPI1466 during Backup CPI1466 during BackupThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Use
This table is used for Payroll interface to ADP-GSI (Europe).
This table is used by the SAP/ADP-GSI interface (Europe).
All the SAP fields/wage types are linked to ADP-GSI elements/wage types by the following tables:
Table SAP --> ADP-GSI
------------------------------------------------------------------------
T5F60 : field mapping of infotypes --> element
T5F61 : field mapping of result clusters --> element
T5F62 : wage type mapping of result clusters --> element
T5F63 : wage type mapping of result clusters --> wage type
T5F63 : wage type mapping of result clusters --> incident code
All these tables contain the client's reference mapping. (Key PAC)
The 'gross' results of the mapping resulting from these tables may require recodifications to be assimilated by ADP-GSI.
These recodifications may occur at 2 levels, at reference model level and (or) at the level of each Payroll sub-unit (Pac).
The recodifications of the Sap base model are performed by the ADP central team and are intended to adapt the Sap base model to ADP-GSI.
Value recodifications can be identified following on the basis of codifications that exist in the 2 SAP and ADP-GSI environments
The data element P06I_ITF4T identifies the recodification type
Z : Element ADP-GSI
R : Payroll wage type
I : Presence incident
For a payroll wage type
--------------------------
The Wage type code of the sender is replaced by the Wage type code of the receiver
Example: Sender --> Receiver
R 2200 --> R 2210
For a presence incident
-----------------------------
The presence incident of the sender is replaced by the presence incident of the Receiver
Example: Sender --> Receiver
Incident AB --> Incident CN
For an ADP-GSI element
------------------------
A simple element (without code) or a Multiple element (with code) associated or not with a value is replaced by another (with/without code) possibly associated with another value.
The presence of '*' on the sender must be interpreted as 'for all value'.
the presence of '=' on the receiver must be interpreted as 'value identical to the sender'.
Sender --> Receiver
Value Code Element --> Value Code Element
El * --> El' =
El Cod * --> El' Cod' =
El V --> El' V'
El Cod V --> El Cod V'
El V --> El' = Forcing El' for a value
El * --> El V' Forcing V' for any value entered
Maintenance
This table is mantained by the ADP/GSI application engineers. It is sent to the client site via FTP. The data is loaded with the program RPTEDMFI.
