T5KSP - Short/long term disability plan

Use

In this table a sick pay plan is maintained. The sick pay plan can be grouped into two groupings:

1. service with company in years, calendar years or months
2. general sick pay modifier - this modifier can be used for an individual grouping for example for unions; the valuation of this grouping has to be performed in a user exit and is not done in the standard.
