T5RPBS8F - Pay Changes Reasons to be considered for Averaging of APE

Use

This table is used as the check table for the absences not counted as Pensionable Service.

When deriving the Annual Pensionable Emoluments for an employee under the Pensions Scheme, his previous 3 years' salary will be averaged if there is a change. However, not all changes in pay are taken into consideration, hence, users will have to check the reasons for pay increments to be considered in this table provided.

Check the boxes for reasons to be included in the averaging of the APE amount.
