| Directory where the temporary data required for the R/3 upgrade |
| is stored. The logs written during the upgrade are also |
| stored there. |

| This parameter can only be changed as long as the upgrade control |
| program "R3up" ("SAPup") is changed in the profile. |
| As of 4.7, R3up can automatically set the parameter. |
