| The parameter specifies the path under which the Extended help |
| is stored for Macintosh frontends. For all languages specified |
| with parameter eu/iwb/installed_languages, there must be |
| sub-directories in this directory. These sub-directories contain the |
| the various language versions of Help. Their name must consist of |
| the two-digit language key for each version. |

| If you use Help type 2 (PlainHtmlHttp) or 4 (HtmlHelpHttp), |
| and parameter eu/iwb/server_mac is maintained, then the path does |
| not contain any host names. |
| If you use Help type 3 (PlainHtmlFile) or 5 (HtmlHelpFile), then |
| the path begins with the host name of the file server. |
