| This parameter specifies the timeout value for the NiConnect calls |
| in milliseconds. If a connection to the other gateway |
| is not made within this time period, an error is reported to the |
| calling program. |
| If the parameter has the value 0 (default), the connection is not |
| created in a way that causes blocks (NiBufCinnect). |
