| This parameter specifies the minimum number of ICM threads. |
| The number is identical to the number of connections |
| that can be processed in parallel. |
| The set minimum number of threads are created at ICM startup. |
| This number is the minimum during the entire time the ICM is running.|
| If more threads are required, the ICM starts threads dynamically |
| until it reaches the limit set by %%icm/max_threads%%. |
