| You can use this parameter to specify, that when an ICM worker |
| thread enters keepalive state, it does not immediately transfer the |
| connection to a monitoring thread (Watchdog) for monitoring. |
| Instead, the period before the connection is transferred to the |
| watchdog thread is specified by the parameter icm/max_timeout_wp. |
