| In particular error situations, it is important that the |
| notification of the process status switch (such as RUNNING - |
| WAITING) only occurs if the process has completed all of its |
| activities. In short, the higher the parameter value, the shorter |
| the "asynchronous phase". The value 0 means that the old behavior is |
| active in the kernel. |
