| If more than one Oracle database instance has been installed |
| (Oracle Parallel Server Option), the above parameter can be used |
| to define a standby database instance for the application server |
| concerned in the profile of each application server. |
| If the profile parameter %%rsdb/reco_trials%% for database |
| reconnect without restarting the work process is set. |
| the DB reconnect is performed automatically on the standby database |
| instance defined if the original database instance of the |
|application server cannot be reached. |
| As a prerequisite for this, the profile parameter |
| %%rsdb/oracle_host_standby%% must be defined. |
