| If this cache overflows, the buffer is automatically |
| reorganized. The buffer is also reorganized if any character |
| set is invalid. Creation and reorganization of the buffer |
| result in system log messages that contain the string |
| "Buffer RSTSCCC". You should enlarge the buffer if automatic |
| reorganizations occur repeatedly. Delete all entries as |
| described in Activating a character set before the |
| enlargement of the buffer |
