| The total size of the ICM cache is determined by the parameter |
| %%icm/HTTP/server_cache_<xx>/size_MB%%. |
| This parameter then defines what part of the cache is met by space |
| in the main memory before the system accesses the hard |
| drive. |
| If enough main memory is available, this value should be set |
| generously to ensure maximum performance. |
| A rule of thumb about dimensioning in the parameter documentation |
| for %%icm/HTTP/server_cache_<xx>/size_MB%%. |
