| This parameter specifies the maximum amount of time for which the |
| network connection to the license server can be idle. After this |
| period of time, a packet is sent to check the connection to the |
| license server. Since the message server only checks the connection |
| every twenty seconds, the time can be upto twenty seconds longer. |
